general terms

・ When commissioning me, please state that you've read and agreed to my T.O.S.・ I have the right to decline or refund your commission without any explanation given.・ If you want a specific file size or resolution, you must request this before I begin drawing.

payment / refunds

・ Full payment upfront. The payment will be through Paypal invoices, Ko-fi or Nequi (Only for Colombia). (You can also request the commissions through VGen)・ Invoices must be paid within 48 hours or the project may be cancelled.・ Prices may vary or change depending on complexity, requirements and/or additional requests.・ Refunds can only be given in the sketch phase. If something happens, please inform me quickly, as I cannot give any kind of refund after the lineart has been started.・ If it is impossible for me to carry out the commission you will receive a full refund.・ If you are getting a refund do not request a PayPal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself. If you chargeback me, you will be blacklisted or blocked, and lose all rights to the work you commissioned.

revisions

・ I send 5 stages of my process (Sketch, lineart, flat colors, basic rendering, and finished product), yet the client can ask for more updates and WIPs.・ You can request 3 free major edits during the sketch phase (Changes in face, pose, anatomy or clothes) Any other that exceeds the free coute will have an extra free, determined by their complexity.・ I will NOT make major edits after the lineart is aproved. (This means changing the pose, expressions, clothes, etc)・ After the piece is approved, I send the final piece. Once the final piece is sent, I only do basic revisions, such as filling in missed pixels or shifting colors.

deadlines and delivery

・ Commission completion times vary. Normally will take upon 1-7 weeks. If theres any inconvenient with the work, the client will be informed.・ I do not accept deadlines that allow me less than a month of time to work on the commission.・ I'll send the commission by email or google drive as a PNG file.

art usage

・ All copyrights of the work belong to the artist.・ Use on social media and streams (X, YouTube, etc.) is allowed.・ Commercial use fee will be charged for merchandising.・ Usage of my artwork for AI or NFT purposes by the commissioner or anyone else is strictly prohibited.・ The commissioner can use (icon, header, etc) or repost the artwork in their personal social media by giving the proper credits.・ If commercial use fee is paid, buyer gains the right to sell the work as merchandise, or use it to promote their brand.・ Neither the client nor any other person can edit, trace or modify the drawing once finished.・ The client can not claim the art as theirs.

intellectual property rights

・ I retain intellectual property rights and have the right to post your commission to my social media, portfolios, etc, unless an NDA fee is paid.・ The buyer does NOT have the right to volunteer their commission into any form of AI dataset, blockchain, or NFT sales sites, regardless of commercial status.

how to request ?

1. How to request? Contact me either through EMAIL, TWITTER (X) or INSTAGRAM.2. Specify the type of commission, its details and any information needed for reference. Please provide complete character reference(s) + any more details and extras. Be as detailed and specific as you want. It'll help a lot !3. I confirm the order then you proceed to make the payment.4. After the payment is completed I'll start working on the commission.5. When finished, I'll send the commission by email or google drive as a PNG and JPEG files.

Prices include simple colour background only (+ a transparent version).
Amounts listed are base prices. Additional fees start at $5 - $10+ USD for complicated designs, extra details on the character(s) and extra background elements.
Canvas size depends on the type of commission (Default is 3000x3000px 300 dpi). Please specify me the canvas size if it's necessary.
